First time fostering and I already failed - foster fail that is

Signed up to foster dogs to "help out without the commitment." The rescue gave me a scared little pit bull mix who hid under my bed for 3 days straight.

Day 4 she came out and put her head on my lap. Day 7 she fell asleep in my arms. Day 10 she did zoomies for the first time.

Day 14 I officially adopted her. The rescue people laughed and said they saw it coming. Apparently first time fosters have like a 70% fail rate.

No regrets. Best "failure" of my life.
