my 10 week old golden keeps biting my ankles and i'm covered in scratches - is this normal??

Brought home Biscuit last week and honestly the puppy tax is real. She's adorable but my ankles look like i went through a rosebush. She just latches on and won't let go, even when i say "no" or try to redirect her.

I've tried yelping like another puppy would, tried walking away, tried giving her a toy instead. Nothing works for more than like 30 seconds before she's back at it. My roommate thinks i should use a spray bottle but that feels wrong to me.

Is this just a phase? How long does ankle biting usually last? Any tips from people who've been through this?
