Switched to raw feeding after 5 years of kibble - here's what changed

gonna preface this by saying I was super skeptical about raw feeding. thought it was one of those things only "that type" of dog owner did. my golden Biscuit had chronic ear infections for literally years and we'd done the antibiotics cycle so many times. vet kept saying it might be food allergies but never pushed us toward anything specific.

my coworker Sarah had switched her border collie to raw about a year ago and the difference was obvious every time she brought him to work. shiny coat, less shedding, way calmer. she'd been telling me to try it for months and i finally caved last October.

six months in - Biscuit hasn't had a single ear infection. his coat is ridiculous, like soft in a way i didn't know dog fur could be. he lost about 4 pounds which the vet actually wanted. the only downside is cost - we're spending about $180/month vs $60 for the kibble we used before. also raw feeding is kind of gross to prep, not gonna lie. but the results speak for themselves. anyone else switched to raw and seen similar results?
