When did your large breed puppy stop growing?

My bernese mountain dog is 8 months old and already 75 lbs. Hes eating like a horse and growing so fast I can practically watch it happen.

When did your large breed puppy finally hit their adult size? Im trying to figure out how much bigger hes gonna get so I know if I need a bigger car lol
