Why does my dog eat grass every single walk?

My beagle eats grass on every walk without fail. He doesnt throw up after, doesnt seem sick, just... really likes grass I guess?

Vet says its fine but it drives me nuts because then he poops green. Is he missing something in his diet or is this just a beagle being a beagle?
